Online Dental Insurance, Can I Use My Dental Insurance
Question: I just received my member ID cards from the dental insurance plan I bought. Can I go and make an appointment to see a dentist this week since I now have the cards?
Answer: That would depend on the plans effective date. In many cases you do get your policy information and ID cards before the effective date of the plan. You will want to either call the place you bought the plan from (if that is from us then member services line is 310-534-3444) or the number that is provided on your ID cards to confirm your plan’s effective date.
