Learning Critical Skills from EBD workshop
Boston—The ADA Center for Evidence-Based Dentistry June 1-2 held a workshop here that focused on formulating clinical questions, searching for evidence and critical reading and appraisal skills.
The workshop was held at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at the behest of Dr. Paul Farsai, a professor of dentistry and a member of the ADA Critical Review Panel since 2009. Dr. Farsai said he requested the ADA Center for EBD hold a workshop at BU because the school is dedicated to incorporating EBD into its pre-doctoral curriculum.
