How good is Delta Dental of California and is it worth getting it

How good is Delta Dental of California and is it worth getting it. My mom currently not working and needs to have some dental work done. I been looking to get her dental insurance until she get a job that offers her dental benefits.
I was thinking about getting her Delta Dental Insurance in hopes it will help her but I not sure and do not have a full understanding of how Delta dental works. Could you advise if getting her Delta dental is worth it.
