On line dental insurance plans, Do I have to pay for it on line

Hello, frist I really do like your websit it is very clear in the plan that are available to me. And it seems you have many choices to choice from out here in California. I am thinking about either getting the Delta dental or the Standard life plan were we can pick our own dentist.
The problem is my husband is not big on buying anything on line. I see that in order to buy the plan I do so on line. Not wanting to up set my husband by getting anything on line can you advise how else I can get one of these plans.
